Dengue vaccine-induced T cell immunity

A recent study, led by investigators at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in collaboration with researchers in the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology and Immunology and Informatics at URI, applied single-cell RNA sequencing and metabolic analyses to define the mechanisms for persistence of virus-specific T cells, an important component of vaccine-induced immunity. The work was published in Nature Communications.
