Conservation of HIV...A manuscript authored by two former iCubed collaborators has been published by the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Biotechnology Information. Their work is titled “Conservation of HIV-1 T cell epitopes across time and clades: Validation of immunogenic HLA-A2 epitopes selected for the GAIA HIV vaccine.”

Lauren Levitz, formerly of EpiVax, Inc., and John Rozehnal, formerly of iCubed, began their research several years ago. The two documented their work in a 2010 blog entry titled, “The Thin Red Line.” Click here to read the post.
